Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Refound Policy We encourage you to register for our individual appointments, workshops, classes, group sessions, and webinars ahead of time if possible. We understand that sometimes plans change and that is why we have made a very simple refund policy. Attendees need to make cancellation requests at least 24 hours in advance of an individual appointment, workshop, class, webinar, or group session to qualify for a refund. A 10% processing charge will be applied for any cancellation requests made within 24 hours of your appointment. Multiple cancelations or appointment changes may result in client discharge. After three missed or cancelled appointments, HappyLife Nation reserves the right to decline future appointment requests. Please note: Cancellation of a program may occur for a variety of reasons such as low registration or inclement weather. If a program is cancelled by HappyLife Nation users who are pre-registered will receive a full refund.
